1. What’s included in my membership?
Your membership includes:
Monday 10am AEST — The Momentum 5 workshop (top 5 actions for your week)

2. What if I can’t make a live session?
All sessions are recorded and uploaded to the Resource Library within 24 hours. Each replay link stays live for 30 days.
3. How do I join the live sessions?
You’ll receive a Zoom link in your welcome email (and it’s also in the member area). It’s the same link every week.
4. How do I ask questions for the Monday session?
Email [email protected] by Friday before the session.
5. What’s the referral program?
For every person you refer who joins, you’ll receive $20 off your monthly fee. Refer 10 people, and your membership is free! Email us their name so we can track it.
6. What happens if I cancel my membership?
Once your membership ends, your access to the Facebook group, live calls, replays, and resources will be suspended immediately after your final billing date.
7. Can I pause my membership?
Yes — up to 4 weeks per calendar year. Please give at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date.
8. Can I work with Katie one-on-one?
Limited 1:1 strategy sessions are available. Email [email protected] for availability & pricing.
9. Are results guaranteed?
We provide strategies, tools, and accountability. Your results depend on your action and implementation.
10. How do I get support?

Membership Terms & Conditions
- Pay $200/month + GST, billed via Stripe.
- Provide a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice via email to cancel your membership.
- Access to live sessions, replays, and resources is for personal use only and must not be shared.
- Once membership ceases, all access to private groups, live sessions, replays, and resources will be suspended immediately.
- Participation does not guarantee specific business outcomes or financial results. All strategies, advice, and materials are provided in good faith; you are responsible for your own implementation and results.
- Katie & Co. is not liable for any loss, damage, or disruption caused by program participation.
- We reserve the right to update session times, guest speakers, and resource availability with notice.
- No refunds will be issued for partial months already billed.
Referral Program Terms
- Receive $20 off your monthly fee for every referred member who signs up and remains active.
- Discount applies the month after your referral joins.
- If a referred member cancels, the discount will be removed from the same month their membership ends.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make — 10 referrals = FREE membership.
